Once you have paid the 14 hour course fee, please complete the following steps:
1. Scroll down below to the Registration Form.
2. Fill out all of the highlighted areas on the form.
3. Please fill out the Classroom Course Dates.
4. Have at least two contact numbers.
5. Email the form back to info@keys4safedriving.net.
**The class you request may be full so please call the office or email us to make sure that class is still available.**
